FACT – We will payroll your new recruit for the first 3 months of employment before you pay us any permanent placement fee for the new addition.
If you have ever dealt with an external recruiter? You will know that this is not an approach other recruitment companies take.
Again – you have read that correctly in contrast to your normal recruiter PAC Consulting will not demand an upfront fee or fee upon placement – payable immediately for your first few placements. We will let you try our services before you pay that fee for at least 3 months, until you trust that we have your business’ best interest at heart and that your new resource remains a long term part of your business’ future.
We offer a full 360 degree service meaning we will provide a candidate that we know and have already interviewed or placed in the past, we will then make sure they are qualified correctly and their experience is genuine and requisite to the role by not only knowing the candidates performance history, experience and qualifications are genuine (and not embellished), We will make sure of this by spending the time with you the client to engage and learn what your business requires not only from their CV but also from the person themselves including having the right attitude and outlook for your business culture.
